Merry Xmas! ...and a Happy New Year!
No. I am not a Christian. But nothing wrong with wanting to wish all my Christian frenz a Merry Xmas, right? Plus, a Happy New Year too!
Not working on 24th and 25th. So many parties to go yet no mood for them. Sharky flew to England to be with his family yesterday. Exchanged gifts before he departed. We decided we should do it treasure hunt style. Got him G-Star tee and a Diesel belt-his 2 fav brands. Mine was hidden in his safe. Sae that lil champagne coloured box tied with a gold ribbon and Soo Kee engraved on it. Dap dup dap dup dap dup. Opened the box. A slightly smaller box in it-like a cubee of chocolate. Phew. With the box facing Sharky, I opened it. Turned the box slowly to face me. Tadaaa! Now I have a piece of bling bling ka-ching (like how Juling would describe it) on my finger. Yes! My xmas gift-a 3 pieces marquise cut diamonds, laid horizontally on a white gold ring-F color, VVS2 in clarity, about 0.7 carat in total. I never like the traditional solitare. Sharky knows that. I love you, Dom!
Unexpected. Never got such a gift from any exes before. No, we are not engaged yet. After such a hyped up drama last Eid holiday, Sharky actually bought the ring before we left Singsing. I didn't know. Unexpected coz he said he would not get me a ring so soon. Little did I know that he was dying to give me one. He said this is not an engagement ring but a going steady ring. Haha! LIke a deposit for the future. This ring valid for one year before it gets upgraded. He wants everyone to know that I am taken. I call it my 'Stabilizer' (in a super hero doin an intro on his weapon kind of tone)!
