Finally food was ready. Jonah was the first to rush for the food. Yes, by then all of us were starving. Thought it was going to be a small dinner but about 15 people turned up. Only knew a few. It was a Serbian gathering. They sang for me a birthday song and my first birthday card was in the form of a serviette. Written on it:

"Srecan Ti Rodzenden, Yati! Liubaz, Branka.."
Translated from Serbian means - Happy Birthday to Yati. Love, Branka.

Sharky had to rush home. To prepare my prezzies he said. Hehe...

Didn't had a proper sleep with all the phone calls and text messages I received from all over the world. Heh.

Jenab blew my hair straight to get ready for the dinner party at Lemongrass. I put on my turqoise Thai silk kebaya complete with the kerongsang. Jonah couldn't join us as she had to fly last nite. Shame..

Anyway, Sharky turned up after been missing for the past 36 hrs with a HUGE carrier. My first gift was presented - a homemade trifle!!! He had it in a 25cm diameter transparent casserole with a personalised sticker pasted on its lid. My goodness! It tasted divine! Not bad for a bloke who rarely spend his time in the kitchen except for spaghetti on toasts and cereals. It was the sweetest gesture and literally sweet itself. Kudos to Sharky!

Then my prezzies unravel themselves. Sharky gave me:
1. A Hungry Hippo game
2. An Angel's wings set
3. A Doraemon pencil case
4. Paul Coelho's - The Zahir
5. A Kenwood BREADMAKER!!!

Yes! It may seem to be a funny gift from a boyfriend but that was what I had wanted for a long time. He managed to find one here in Dubz. Hehehe.. Me can't wait till my next day off to play with that breadmaker. I can also make my own jams and spreads with it. I LOVE DOM! *GRINs* Oh yeah, each gift wrapper had a personalised sticker on it saying, "Yayyy!! Prezzies!!" with a picture of a lil girl who looks like Pucca!

I have to say I love all the prezzies. What made my day was that they turned up for dinner. We had so much laughter. It was one of the loveliest birthday I had...
