Long time no blog...

Been 3 weeks since I moved to my new home. A luxury to have an ensuite bathroom and balcony attached to my bedroom. Everything seems to be in place. Held a get together on National Day for all the Singsing peepz. Well not exactly all, just a few off our close mates. Nasi Lemak with Sambal Tumis Udang, courtesy of me and Jenab. Isk made some popiah. Lin made dessert-suji. Overall it was a fun filled day, ending it with a karaoke session. A little bit disappointed that Channel News Asia did not showcase NDP live over here.

Sharky treated me to Charlie and The Chocolate Factory. I couldn't stop singing the theme song. It's like going to the pantomine. Hopefully I get to watch the panto again this xmas.

Just returned from a 3 days trip to Malta. This job certainly has its perks. It was like a free weekend trip. Too bad Sharky was filming over the weekend, else he could have join me. It could have been better. Perfect weather-sun and breeze with clear blue sea. Malta has its charms. Due to the summer holidays, loads of teens out in the streets partying, starting as early as 7.30pm. Clubs were already full in action. Walked the streets of Valetta, the capital town of Malta. It's really a mixture of Greece, Italy and Arabic. The highlight of the trip was our catamaran ride. Gosh! We were the noisiest group onboard. We sang along and danced to the music. We even re-enact the theme song of Grease. Too hyper but we made our money worthwhile. Sonja got stung by a jelly fish. Not a pretty sight but that didn't stop her from enjoying her beers and be merry. Me, I was just happy being on the catamaran, tanning and enjoying the breeze. I am now as brown as a berry. Today I am recuperating from my tedious short trip. Heh!

Since I hardly slept the last few nites, I finally decided to wake up just 2hrs ago which is about 5.30pm. Now I am waiting to drag Sharky to the movies. Have to get out and do something or I would feel that I have just wasted the day...
